Zachary David Lords

Zach did not explain my rights or what he was doing. He actually gave advice which benefited my ex and opposing attorney after being recommended to me by a domestic violence advocacy center. He did not explsin decisions to me, manipulated my access to legal facts and my rights, and gave suggestions w...hich ultimately destroyed my case and gave custody of both my children to my abusive ex. I filed to drop him after realizing he did more harm than good.

This guy talked my son into settling out of court on a child custody case involving my son's daughter and her mentally impaired mother, his client, who hired Zach after she couldn't pay her bill to her last attorney who cut her off. His client, the mother continually breaks the legal agreement he dre...w up, both parties agreed and signed, and he does nothing about it. The sad thing is the one who gets hurt is an innocent 5 year old girl. Both attorneys involved don't care about the child's best interest. How does a guy like this sleep at night?

Broke just about every rule written by bar association..including advocating for opposing party,breach of confidential information,fraudulent/excessivebiling,no contact or explanation of services or intent during failed representation,delayed contact and unreliable.list of grievances too complex unfa...vorable and lengthy

Zach represented me on a complete bogus & unjust NCO violation( my previous council failed me miserably & didnt object to the completely illegal NCO imposed by a 3rd party in my previous sentencing proceeding).
