Preston Atamanczyk

I had a consultation with Preston last evening at 9:30 PM. Having a son dealing with an unjust justice system and lost in the numbers I have had experience with many attorneys. There is some real character signs with attorneys, that you learn to find out that they’re simply just there to handle the c...urrent situation at hand for a negotiated resolution. At times this is very necessary to get a result. However, Preston, listen to me, about the disparities the challenges, the efforts on my part in my sons to try to get through what is required. And showed insurmountable compassion and interest in doing the very best he can while being transparent , about what that could or could not possibly mean. I appreciated his feedback. It instilled a higher trust that he wouldn’t get our hopes up in a unreasonable place, but that he would use every effort and resource to get the best outcome. So, even though we just started our relationship, I wanted to add a review for him, and the nature of , the beginning of the relationship so far. My prayers are with him and my son and everyone else involved.

I paid for 30 minutes consultation with Preston to ask a couple of questions. I was very stressed out and had no idea what to do and where to go. Preston was very rude and harsh on the phone and wouldn’t tell me anything until I have made the decision to hire him first. He sounded very greedy and inh...umane who didn’t seem to care about people and what they are going through. Do not go to this person. He did not help me at all and instead added to my stress and anxiety even more.
