Stephen Strong Hart

I was looking for an attorney for a straight forward divorce as we had been separated for a considerable amount of time. I called hart law and did the free consult he explained every step he would take and I chose to hire him. Within two days my divorce was filed and I on the 21st day with no respons...e his office filed a default and we are now just waiting for judge to sign. He was honest and upfront on everything we would have to do and his office staff was helpful with any and all questions I had. Would use him again if I needed too.

Would not recommend him for anything. Absolutely the worst attorney there is. Hired him for some charges and he didn't even look at the evidence. He said he knew it wouldn't go over $1500. Ended up having to pay him an extra $600. Never received a detailed bill for extra expenses. Called multiple tim...es regarding it and they can't get the system fixed. Never called to have communication sent letters and email to raise the bill. If your looking for an attorney look somewhere else.

After searching for a Divorce Attorney in the Idaho Falls area, I read reviews about Stephen, I was out of State and didn't want to have to travel back to Idaho all the time. Most of the negative reviews were from women, therefore, I figured, he was the Lawyer who would protect my interests and build... a Fair, Cohesive Case. Well, he did and we settled out of Court. His Staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly. I HIGHLY Recommend him!!
