Effective Assistance When You Need It Most.
I was admitted to the Idaho Bar in 2000, and the Colorado Bar in 2001 after graduating from the University of Idaho College of Law. I have worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for both Bingham and Bonneville counties where I was involved in the prosecution of almost every type of criminal case. During this time I also served as a faculty member at the National Advocacy Center, a federal training facility for prosecuting attorneys nationwide.
Upon leaving prosecution in 2006, I began extensive civil work, including cases involving business litigation, personal injury, and family law. I am a member of the Idaho Trial Lawyer’s Association and owner of Pendlebury Law Office, PA.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I have handled many cases against Drew. In the early part of my career when I was a prosecutor I had dozens of cases against him where he was the defense attorney. Drew always represented his clients vigorously and was a tireless advocate for them. He was often able to get excellent results for them. Over the last several years I have mostly had family law cases against Drew. I have seen the same level of superb representation in this area of law. Drew works very hard for his clients and does very good work. I appreciate that Drew fights hard but also uses commonsense and is often able to broker win/win agreements which keep attorney costs down and lead to more amicable resolutions. Although Drew has commonsense and works for win/win agreements, he can be very aggressive. I am aware of cases where he has been able to get his clients everything that they wanted in cases where the other attorney was being unreasonable. Drew is an excellent attorney.
