I had not committed to retaining her services yet because she puts off some uncomfortable vibes. But i had not ruled her out. She offered that if i had more questions, if my parents had questions, we could absolutely call her anytime despite not retaining her services yet. Just had the worst "profess...ional" conversation with her I have ever experienced. I told her I was just looking up as much info i can online to get prepared because i dont want to go into this huge life changing event blind and it just gives me things to clarify, and she continued to interrupt me and ask me " well then why do you need me? You have your computer." Her tone was extremely rude from the moment she picked up the phone. I was attempting to explain my reasoning on a question and she snapped at me, "just ask me the question!" This is just parts i remember. I was so taken a back by how she was talking to me. She made me feel shame for my questions. Her and her staff assumed things before letting me even get a word out. Both continued to interrupt me and then her staff told me maybe i should toughen up.... are you kidding me? This is a case that will change the course of mine and my daughters life. Yeah i feel pretty vulnerable. I am just flabbergasted at how rude these people were. I would discourage anyone from retaining her.

I highly do not recommend her as a lawyer, mostly based on her poor staff. One of her assistants hung up on me several times through out the 9 or so months she strung out my trial, by which she made several promises that didn’t go through as she planned. You might think ”well if her staff is the bigg...est problem, I’ll still go w her bc the staff is not my lawyer” I really think you should think again. They love to say they’ll call you back and never do and then they’ll call you the day of your trial to have you come in. They never know what’s going on. They lose papers frequently. I really highly suggest going to someone in twin If you can. I would never recommend her to a friend. If you’re going to court for something you’re already under a huge amount of stress. The people you should be counting on to work with shouldn’t be stressing you out more.

We hired her for my father in law for a custody case, she has VERY strong personality and takes a minute to warm up so but she doesn't beat around the Bush, she will tell you how it is, an if you are honest 100% she will fight just dont lie she really isn't into that. She gets to business in the cour...t room an makes sure everyone stays on the matter your there for. I definitely wouldn't want to be on the other side of her defence believe me. She an her associates are amazing.

She is amazing! We hired Elizabeth to help a family member with many legal issues. Her negotiating skills are sharp & she always went above and beyond. She was great at explaining possibilities/options and guided us through the legal system during a trying and difficult time. I highly recomm...end her & am thankful she was in our corner.
