After years of working with clients in the ‘traditional way’, Stacey now serves clients in a new and exciting way that truly puts ‘counseling’ back in ‘counselor and attorney-at-law’.  As a true friend and trusted advisor, Stacey helps young families and entrepreneurs put in place those legal documents, plans, and protections that provide them security as their children, assets, and businesses grow.

Parents enjoy peace of mind knowing that their children will be properly taken care of physically, financially, and emotionally should tragedy strike, and their legacy – the parents’ intellectual, spiritual, and human assets, as well as financial assets – will be passed on to their beloved children.  Business owners appreciate the foundational planning and ongoing support that allow them to focus on their actual businesses, not legal and other distractions.

Born, raised, and settled in southern Idaho, Stacey knows and understands the concerns of his rural friends and neighbors.  As a loving member of his own large family and the latest in a long line of small business owners, Stacey knows firsthand the struggles parents and entrepreneurs face in protecting and providing for their loved ones.  As a Personal Family Lawyer, Stacey seeks to make the legacy planning process simpler, more meaningful, and even enjoyable for his clients, that they can truly feel at peace knowing their families will be taken care of when, not if, something finally befalls them.

Stacey Lucich graduated with his JD from the University of Idaho in 2009 and with his LLM in Estate Planning from Western New England University in 2012.  He also holds a BA from College of Idaho and an MFA from Boston University.  Stacey is licensed to practice law in the state of Idaho, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Idaho State Bar, and the Magic Valley Estate Planning Council.  In his spare time, he loves sharing time with his family in Boise, hiking the Snake River canyon, camping in the Sawtooth Mountains, or curling up with a good book.  Stacey particularly enjoys a fat steak grilled medium-rare with a nice glass of red wine and a view.
