I hired Mr. Wood as a criminal defense lawyer with a retainer fee of $12,000.00. An IN REM FORFEITURE was part of my case in which he refused to represent me on without an additional $2,500.00. He withdrew from my case after only 5 court hearings leaving me to represent myself pro se'. I would NO...T recommend his services to anyone for any reason as he is inadequate counsel on every level. I have never felt more cheated or ultimately disappointed in someone who claims to be professional representation for hire! Nor was he educated on Maritime Admirality Law.

I have retained Mr.Wood on a number of occasions. My legal matters varied. Mr.Wood discusses the nature of the charge and suggests a course of action. He is direct and serious with his advice.
