Biography
Matthew P. Stucki was born and raised in Southeastern Idaho and is grateful to be able to serve the people he grew up around in his legal practice. At a young age Matt learned the importance of hard work, dedication, and teamwork as he participated and excelled in sports. These characteristics provided an important foundation that allowed Matt to pursue a childhood dream of playing college basketball at Idaho State University and later a profession career for a basketball club in Germany.
While playing basketball at Idaho State University Matt received a degree in business management and was named the business management student of the year. Matt received his Juris Doctor Degree in 2013, from the University of Idaho College of Law. Upon graduation, Matt joined Racine Olson Nye Budge & Bailey full-time.
Matt has transferred the determination and work ethic he developed during his athletic career to his law practice. Matt has worked with several attorneys at the firm doing a wide variety of work, but his primary focus is on worker’s compensation, business, employment, sports law, real estate, estate planning, and banking.
