This attorney was court appointed to my husband for misdemeanor charges . On most cases when the person is passing through Idaho they are given restitution and sent on their way . Not with my husband , he was arrested and is held there for 2 months now and hasn't seen the judge due to this lawyer mis...sing 3 court hearings. Sent my husband discovery to someone else so he hasn't received any paperwork to review and then was told by the clerk to have his wife stop calling the courts or it will just get harder on him. Then I find this attorney and he is charged with felony possession, misdemeanor marijuana, possession controlled substance and obstruction. Do not hire this attorney. Nothing has been done and he obviously is still in his addiction because showing up for court is the last thing on his mind .
