Spencer L. Allred

I was a client of Spencer Allred for 20 months. He failed to give me any information about my case, failed to prepare me for my deposition, failed to provide the court with an expert witness on my behalf prior to deadline, failed to communicate with me on every level. He over-billed me and charged a...n exorbitant retainer fee and did next to nothing to earn it, then left me high and dry with deadlines that he failed to inform me about. I thought it was because of the opposing side that it was taking so long. After the fact I have now been informed by other attorneys it is because of Spencer's actions that it has been drug out and cost me so much money. I called, I emailed, I showed up in person to his office and still received minimal communication from him at best, adding to the stress and worry and pressure of the case.
