Jason Edward Ochs

Mr. Ochs took my case, although he made no time for it. He returned roughly 20% of emails I sent to him. There were times I had to wait well over a week to speak with him on very important issues. He outright failed to inform me of & share documents filed on behalf of the other party in my case. ...He ignored communications from the other party's attorney. Due to his errors in filing documents, I was deemed not credible in the court's eyes. Lost documents that were imperative to my case. Backed out of verbal agreements. Failed to take action / file motions I had requested. Absolutely did not follow through on presenting my case and fighting for me, as he had promised in our initial conversation. Was totally ill prepared for my trial.
