Very rude , wasted my time

So I called and the receptionist was really nice but was working for a different law firm but said Sarah also worked or would be working there soon, I’m not really sure, she was nice though. I was given a time to call back and about 30 minutes before that either they called and left a voice messag...e or an email asking for personal documents. I sent the documents and called at the time I was supposed to and Kelly answered and transferred me to a quiet line or maybe put me on hold for a minute or so and then transferred me to another line that rang for about a minute and a half more but nobody picked up and there was no voice mail so I just hung up. A minute later Sarah calls back and I said hello a couple of times and as I was about to hang up I heard her from across the room saying something then heard her heels crossing back toward the phone and she started speaking from a distance about looking at my personal documents , then she did come closer and spoke into the phone at no point apologizing for the hold time of the ringing line nobody ever answered. Okay that’s still not so bad but then she just kept talking like that never happened and I’m supposed to just ignore what they just did and I told her I’m not going to continue the conversation after what she just did and didn’t bother to even acknowledge let alone apologize for it. Not that unusual for lawyers to be arrogant or act badly but she had literally very personal financial information which makes this a whole other thing. She easily could have saved it, she did apologize but tried to make it like it was something else saying she’s sorry nobody picked up immediately, to I assume victimize herself when they did pick up right away, they just transferred me once to a vacuum and then to a phone that run and nobody ever answered ..so clearly she couldn’t apologize for anything rude they did but instead made it like I was impatient and couldn’t wait for them to pick up..which once they transferred me to the ringing phone which nobody answered after a minute and a half she herself said she didn’t hear anything so I could have held forever and nobody would have picked up. Lawyers overall are hit or miss, I’ve had great ones and horrible ones and one I recently hired for this same task because I felt bad to decline his services as he seemed so nice and I ended up giving him a month and he still couldn’t figure how to bring the matter before the courts and I had to fire him. At least he was nice though, just incompetent . ‘ In any event her receptionist gets a 5 star but Kelly and whatever happened with the phones she never heard and her arrogance to not only not apologize, then confuse what the issue was to make it like they didn’t do anything wrong but she’ll apologize anyway, then calling me and not answering when I said hello, then talking from across the room which. couldn’t understand, then coming closer to the phone and speaking from a distance ..it was rude and in that area lawyers are so few and far between in this particular area of law I guess they think they can just act however they want, the matter itself is because another lawyer at a trust company asked me to commit felony tax fraud, so this seems to be a catch 22. Lawyers have a bad reputation that many deserve but you have to go through the dirty ones to find the humble good ones. I can’t speak for other lawyers in that firm I believe the receptionist said they’re Mannen and Browne but answered the phones also for Sarah, I think who they said rents space there ..I’m not sure but this review is strictly my opinion on Sarah and not any one else who I never dealt with. If you’re setting up a trust I suggest staying out or Jackson because it’s so flooded with them that it difficult to find trust lawyers at all let aline were raised with any manners
