Meet Keoki Wallace, a visionary C-suite executive with a track record of successful transformation and growth. With over 50+ interim, transitional-period appointments on boards of directors and executive positions, he possesses a wealth of experience in leading organizations from small departments to large enterprises of 500+ employees. He is a charismatic and dynamic leader who inspires cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration, resulting in widespread buy-in and support for his initiatives. Even though a highly skilled and trained technical expert, he excels in building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including community groups, trade organizations, business partners, government entities, and intergovernmental organizations. With his exceptional interpersonal skills and hands-on approach, Keoki consistently delivers results while maintaining a positive reputation— evidenced by transformational change and strategic growth resulting in increased revenue exceeding half a billion dollars.

Keoki earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in Finance from the University of Utah and graduated 2nd in his class as an interrogator (Bulgarian) at the United States Army Intelligence Center and School. He earned a Juris Doctor degree (JD) from Taft Law School, completed the coursework for a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in Taxation from the Washington Institute for Graduate Studies and a Doctor of Philosophy degree (Ph.D.), with Distinction, in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and an emphasis in Accounting from Capella University- graduating on the President’s List with a cumulative 4.0. He is a Presidential Member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (Sigma Alpha Pi) and a member of the Xi Delta Chapter of the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business.

Keoki served on the Oahu Visitors Bureau Public Relations Committee, the Business Development Committee for the State of Utah, the Committee on International Business Law in its Subcommittee on International Banking and Finance of the American Bar Association, the Board of Directors of Ko’olauloa Educational Alliance Corporation (non-profit), the Board of Directors of North Oahu Hometown Opportunities Inc (non-profit), and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mountain America Credit Union (non-profit), he oversaw the merger of the Salt Lake Telephone Employees Credit Union and the Postal Workers Credit Union, creating Mountain America Credit Union, now the 15th largest credit union in the United States, with $5.7 billion in assets.

Keoki’s awards and honors include Eagle Scout, Sterling Scholar, Honorable Discharge United States Army, Outstanding Young Men of America, Who’s Who Worldwide, Chamber of Commerce Man of the Year, Hawaii’s 5th Film Commissioner (honorary), Manager of the Year, and Lawyers of Distinction, among many others.
