Traci Elizabeth Mears

I hired Ms. Mears for a divorce-related matter. Needless to say, she was great on preliminary calls... until I cut the retainer check. After that, I pretty much had to chase her down to try to get any kind of progress report of any kind (which there was little), she would go dark for months at a ti...me, repeatedly confuse my case with others, and a year later and several thousands of dollars, myself and the opposing party ended up coming to a settlement outside of legal counsel since they were both greater hindrances to progress than anything else. Ms. Mears seemed scattered and understaffed, in which case I assume my "smaller" matter took a back seat to bigger money matters on her plate. All in all - this experience was a struggle end to end and I was thrilled to be done with it.
