Attorney completed an entire career in Las Vegas, Nevada first as a Chief Deputy District Attorney for the Clark County District Attorney's Office for 7 years and then as a Federal Prosecutor--Chief Assistant United States Attorney, for the next 13 years, the last 12 of those years as the Chief Assistant in charge of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force for Nevada. Attorney then served as Chief Deputy City Attorney for the Las Vegas City Attorney's Office for 10 years ending in 2008. Attorney then left Nevada to return to his hometown of Casper, Wyoming where he grew up and attended high school at NCHS. Attorney decided to seek out employment as a Wyoming Prosecutor in a small town office and accepted a position as Deputy District Attorney in Douglas, Wyoming for 3 years. Attorney then decided to start a small practice in criminal defense in the Casper and Douglas areas to be of service to clients in Natrona and Converse Counties, with a goal of maintaining a very low overhead to accommodate a modest fee structure. Attorney is now serving as a Deputy County Attorney under Natrona County Attorney Eric Nelson.
