It's not common to talk with a lawyer in regards to a legal situation when the lawyer has nothing to gain from the conversation, but this is exactly what happened when I contacted Joshua Merseal. I called Josh and he quickly and politely fit me into his schedule later that day. When we spoke later ...Josh took his time listening to my situation and provided answers to every question I asked of him. Once we were ending the phone call I asked if he would be able to take this case on.
