My best experience with a Lawyer

Responsive & Accurate

I engaged Dustin Richards to draft and submit a trust modification to the Court. Timing was important due to the 65-day income tax rules and Dustin was working on the matter immediately. He did not hesitate to call me a couple of times to clarify facts and the intent of the proposed modification. As a result, the initial drafts were spot on and we filed the Petition with no delays. The Judge had no questions and issued her Order Approving the Modification within a few days. We have engaged Dustin to draft a number of other trust-related legal matters and he always provides excellent legal consultation and services at a fair cost.

My best experience with a Lawyer

Dustin set-up an LLC for us. He also provided information on a real estate transaction the LLC was involved with. The services were very affordable, quick, and everything was in terms I could understand. He did everything he said he would and the communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend him!

An excellent, personable, trustworthy professional with answers

Dustin Richards has helped me on several issues over the years, notably setting up an LLC and creating/writing up contracts, but in addition to these dealings, which were impeccable for their professionalism and efficiency, he is always willing to help in reflection, new ideas and looking for solutions to any of my business and personal dealings, is personable and inspires confidence. I would highly recommend Dustin Richards for law questions of all sorts, especially business and contractual, and if he doesn't have the answers himself, he quickly refers you to someone that does.

Personnel Issues

Mr. Richards was extremely helpful and diligent in assisting with a personnel issue we (a non-profit in WY) were undergoing. His ability to listen to our concerns, give feedback to share with the employee, and ultimately write up a severance agreement was appreciated by our organization. Additionally, I applauded the firms willingness to allow two attorneys to sit with me during one of our meetings to give added advice and direction. Lastly, Mr. Richards did reach out later to check in on the process and hear how things went. This is a nice personal touch.

great business and personal attorney

Dustin has been my business and personal attorney for 5 years. we have worked together on family estates, oil and gas royalties, and creation and management of my 5 businesses. Dustin has always come though in an incredibly timely manner on multilple types of legal counseling, filing, managing, etc. for my multiple legal needs. one stop, do all attorney, for every legal situation I have requested counsel on!!!

Effective, efficient and very professional!

Very complicated estate title work after my father passed away. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to clear up a pretty good mess with our property titles. Highly recommend.
