Francis Harris McVay

My experience with Francis McVay, has been great. The most important thing I appreciate is his honesty. Also, with positive communication, never once spoke down to me or rudely in anyway. He reminded me he was on my side to represent me and made me feel safe to speak with him in full confidence, I kn...ew I was in good hands from our first conversation. This is important today, with quality and honesty, he is a good person to have on your team.

Francis made a same day consultation with me. I came in with so many issues he helped me itemize them, prioritize them, and we came to an agreement. The most pressing issue was my upcoming criminal charge. He stayed by my side through all of what I had going on, even reviewing and accepting Tribal Re...presentation. He was always on time, very respectful, very calm. Francis understands the law very well and I grew to trust him. It’s hard to trust these days but I trust Francis. He picked up my criminal case half way through and even pushed me to do better and try harder on my letter to the judge. Francis even helped me put on a tie since I never knew how and I think I even looked halfway decent. I got what I wanted out of the deal and am very grateful to him and his team.

Mr. McVay during our first hearing, which was done long distance as I am out of state, I had multiple problems connecting to the court. Mr. McVay was extremely helpful in postponing in our favor. As we moved forward in the next several weeks Mr. McVay has been prompt, very detailed and caring. Mr. Mc...Vay has gone above and beyond in his strategies to allow a win in my case. I would highly recommend calling Mr. McVay who is advertised for father's rights but know when to advocate for both.
