Biography
I was in private practice for about 25 years. I was a partner in the Cheyenne firm of Graves, Miller and Kingston and then later Miller and Kingston from 1997 to 2009. I then went to the Public Defenders Office from 2009 until the end of 2018. I was a Public Defender because I loved defending criminal cases. That has always been my first and greatest passion as an attorney.

Don works very hard for his client.
Don spent time with me listening to my case information. Don spent the time to understand all the players in the case and analyzed the information. Don was in communication with me at all steps of the case. Don is a great lawyer and I would hire him again if I ever need a lawyer in the future.
