Scott is nice enough but in short he falls way short of our expections for which we are paying. He has demonstrated to us that he either does not listen or does not care about us as clients, if the latter is true I would prefer he be honest with us. Emails sent take weeks before receiving a response...
I wish the client had contacted me concerning issues of correspondence and/or billing. Since I have no way of identifying the author of the comment, I have no way of ascertaining the veracity of the claim, but we will strive to improve on those areas.
