I am a young, blue-collar guy. I wanted an expert to help make sure I'd be well-protected by my LLC as I am getting into real estate investing. Brian and his staff got me in for a meeting quickly and a week-and-a-half later all of the necessary legal paperwork was completed to satisfaction and filed with the Secretary of State's office. Everything was explained clearly and simply and he and his staff responded quickly to my emails and questions along the process. Online payment for services was very convenient and easy. Brian also agreed to meet later in the evening a couple times which made my life easier and he didn't rush through the meeting to get me out the door. I will be going back to him for future real estate legal services.

Very Responsive Attorney
We hired Brian to assist in a matter we had in Cheyenne. He listened to our issues and offered well-rounded insight to what we had faced. He drafted a demand letter that produced a positive outcome. He was perceptive on what we required and our working relationship with Brian was seamless. We will definitely work with Brian in the future.

Brian Shuck - Estate Settlement
Mr. Shuck was retained to settle the Estate of a deceased family member that had thirteen heirs scattered across the United States and overseas, not one being a resident of Wyoming. He tackled this challenge with dogged determination and efficiency, knowing full well the implications a case such as this presented. The professionalism and expediency portrayed by Brian and his staff was truly the bright spot in the loss of our loved one. His solutions to unforeseen problems were on point and efficiently implemented. All of the heirs and myself unanimously agree that Brian performed above and beyond our expectations to settle the intricacies of this challenging Estate.

Landlord
Brian was very helpful in a rather sticky tenant eviction issue. His advice was right on. We were able to resolve the issue without having to resort to a court ordered eviction using Brian's advice. I would recommend him highly.

Great Attorney
Brian and his staff provided excellent service while drafting and reviewing contracts on a business I recently purchased. I highly recommend his services to any person needing contractual assistance in a business transaction.

Changing my rating for Mr. Shuck
At first I gave him a poor rating because I thought he never responded to my email. After going back and doing a thorough check through my email I found a response from him. I give him a good rating because he took the time to read my email and responded but was unable to help me in this situation. People are very busy but it shows a little insight to a persons character and professionalism when they take time to even reply.

Better people out there.
Do not recommend. Was very rude, unprofessional and condescending. I can't believe how I was mistreated.
