Biography
I have been practicing law for over twenty (20) years. I have a strong background in both criminal defense and personal injury. With regard to my criminal practice, I have handled several hundred cases including felony drug cases, assault & battery, embezzelment and theft cases, Domestic Violence, DUI/DUID/DWI cases and any number of traffic matters.
I spent several years working within the Denver Drug Court which exposed me to great variety of drug cases, including sales, possession, search and seizure matters, etc.
I further spent a number of years working for an insurance defense law firm which represented multiple national insurance companies in defending personal injury matters including auto accident claims, bicycle and pedestrian claims as well as any number of other peraonal injury matters. This experience has provided me a unique perspective on how insurance companies handle personal injury matters.

A job well done
Mark did an amazing job with my son cases. He was clear in his what he was going to do in the cases, easy to get in contact with, always called before the court cases to make sure all was well and the results were amazing. A Job well done.

He will not help you and doesn't care about you
The worst lawyer in history if I could give him negative stars I would. He doesn't communicate also he works against you and doesn't try to help get you a deal.
