i can't reccomend Mark Rubinstein highly enough. i had an altercation in vail and was issued a criminal citation . needless to say i was quite upset about the incident and also that i felt unjustly cited. It was a sunday afternoon. i called mark soon after that happened , expecting him to answer me ...at the earliest on monday, i got a return call within hours of my initial phone call. Mark was professional but reassuring that i would have the best representation. i can say that turned out to be true. Mark immediately put my mind at ease as he started the process of asking questions about my problem. Ultimately, Mr. Rubinstein was able to convince the DA to drop the charges brought against me, which is the absolute best possible outcome I could have expected with strict CO Domestic Violence protocol.
