We hired Kara to help us with a heated and emotional divorce/custody battle. At our initial consultation, she said all the right things to make us believe we had a strong case. And we did. After we retained her, she became highly unresponsive to emails, phone calls and our attempts to communicate. ...She literally would not call us back or respond to us for days. Never within 24 hours. After taking our retainer, she was only responsive when deadlines were a factor, and usually last minute would she complete our filings or responses. I absolutely do NOT recommend Kara Noack if you want to make any progress with your case. She’ll tell you what you want to hear, bill you for conversations that she prolongs with irrelevant chit chat, and will rarely call you back or respond to your messages within 72 hours or less. She would be studying right before going into court, she wouldn’t have all pieces of information ready when presenting to the judge, she would forget to address important facts when given the opportunity, and at times would let the other attorney speak over her or make frivolous claims to the judge at hearings totally unrelated... and she did nothing to stop it! All around Kara showed to be unreliable and unprepared, and we made no progress with our case but spent a fortune paying her.

When my 2 year old property was dramatically altered by a builder claiming easement privileges, Kara's firm immediately and clearly communicated that the alteration was unacceptable, why it had to be restored and demanded that it be fixed. The builder quickly agreed to discussion and restoration. T...he entire issue was resolved in less than 2 weeks at a very reasonable cost.
