Jesse couldn't possibly have done a worse job representing me. I've had many people including a few lawyers review his work and every single one of them have the same question "what was his motive to lose?". Because you wouldn't leave out the most important points in arguments, raise points against y...our own arguments, or let the prosecution make detrimental obviosly false statements without raising any argument at all, and actually expect to win. My case was simple and he still lost. The only time things went in my favor was when Jesse was so worthless the judge actually stepped in to argue for me.
