Tom Adgate is sloppy and unprofessional. He was warned by the judge in our case due to very poor evidence documentation. He missed delivery of a summons to a witness, resulting in a delay and continuation in our case...and the lawyers get more money, while we miss more work! You could not pay ...me enough to use or be associated in any way shape or for with Tom Adgate, Carbondale, CO. Sloppy, unprofessional, scheduled "in court" with every one else for another trial date, only to "figure it out" 2 weeks later, that "he" had scheduled 2 trails on the same date! Tom Adgate's cross examination: he fails COMPLETELY to ask closed end questions (where the hell did you go to law school Tom???) allowing the person questioned to make a speech in response to his questions.
