My case was a wrongful DUI arrest. It was a very traumatic and upsetting process dealing with the DMV and the court. With getting specific on the details of of my DV case , jim was recomemded to me by a lawyer i used in devener in the past ! I was caught up in an ugly mess that had to deal with a real tricky situation and colorados manditory arrest laws. Jim was great he TRULY CARED about me and my situation. He ...wasnt concerned about anything other them helping me. He showed up to my bond hearing after getting a call from my out of state mother ..he got my bond reduced and handed me his card saying is u want to use me for the case call me. I said what do i owe u he said NOTHIING...he had my buisness rite there ! To make a long story short this man is great he wanted me to not take the plea that was given as he believed we would win but i wanted to get out of colorado and back to florida. He renegotiated a great deal for me and i am now ho.e with my family. I knew at the plea hearing he was rite because the DA stated they basically wherent going to spend the money to bring an uncooperative witness from FLA to testify...i should have listened to jim we would have won ...that being saod i am happy as a pig in $#×÷ with what jim was able to get me even though i went against his opinion. If i or anyone i know ever need anything in colorado or anywhere for that matter he will be the man i call. Thank jim most lawyers are only about $ u really care about people its why u will have a very long and successful career. It was a pleaseure doing buisness w you and i thank u for EVERYTHING as does my family VD
