I hired Dan Reynolds in order to help me navigate and resolve an ending business partnership. I had to buy my partner out and carefully redesign two LLCs and restructure the entire business with myself as the sole owner. It was complicated job given it is an international business with multiple movin...g parts. I was also under a time crunch as the busy part of my year was approaching and I needed things cleaned up. Daniel recently helped me go through the process of buying my first home. He was incredibly helpful—easily the most helpful person I interacted with, probably ten times more helpful than my broker or lender. He was constantly in contact with me, explaining the different processes we were going throug...h and what things I needed to keep on my radar for the coming weeks. At the same time, our communication was necessary, I knew he wasn't unnecessarily contacting me or the other parties involved to run up his bill.
