Ms. Tester is the worst attorney on earth!!!!!!!

This attorney continually misses deadlines, does not contact her clients, overbills, does not prepare for trial, and does not know her arguments. Everything she did in my case supported opposing counsel's arguments. She can not even interpret the law correctly.

Her License to practice law has been revoked

The office phones went unanswered for weeks at a time. She never contacted me when she went missing due to a supposed illness. She used an attorney not licensed in Colorado to call me and consider taking my case, who is also now under investigation himself. I was fraudulently billed. Since then ...Ms. Tester has had her license to practice law removed by the Colorado Supreme Court Attorney Regulation Counsel.
