Simply put, Blair, and his wife are very well known for what they do. They are excellent attorney's, however, with a catch. We requested a simple consultation, and spoke with Blair regarding a credit reporting case, and he had asked another attorney to write a letter for him, in regards to the case. ...After both, us, and our other attorney had requested, and emailed him, he was nowhere to be found. After about a week and a half of no communication, he finally responded saying he was not interested in the case, because he felt "overwhelmed" by the emails. At no point had he said he received any communication, or even acknowledged, us, or our other attorney, to even let us know he was going to work on it. When we mentioned this, him AND his wife said they didn't have an obligation to even respond to us, as we were not a client. Even a simple "Hey, got your email, give me a few weeks" would have sufficed, but they could not even provide that. Just to be clear, this was during the consultation phase, and there was no contract in place. They (he and wife) said, we should hire a lawyer who would rather take our money, and be okay with a sense of "urgency". Sadly, lack of simple communication can be a downfall for some. Hope nobody else experiences this.
