Skilled attorney for complex litigation and bankruptcy matters

We have worked with many attorneys through bankruptcy and other complex litigation. The vast majority of attorneys have little knowledge nor motivation to handle complex cases or to reign in rogue opposition. Dan is one of the rare ones that has the intelligence and tenacity to handle some of the mos...t difficult situations - in or outside of bankruptcy. He came highly recommended by a US Trustee Assistant, which is how we found him. One of the only attorneys we have found that actually gives CORRECT legal advice in all situations.
