Dan has not only the ability, but the desire to do complicated or technical litigation (bankruptcy or civil) whenever it rears its ugly head. He is incredibly ethical, and is beyond reasonable and responsible in his billing. Easy to work with, caring, and emphatic. His education of the law outshines ...every other attorney in this state I've dealt with, including multiple Denver firms. I have personal experience with over two dozen attorneys, and cases spanning two states and a crazy amount of jurisdictions. I disdain virtually all of the attorneys I've met except for one - and this is the guy. If I could afford it, I'd keep him on a permanent retainer.
