Richard B. Copeland

My case was a personal injury accident which took place in Durango, Co. I was referred to Mr. Copeland by another lawyer who backed out of my case at the last moment. I talked with Mr. Copeland via telephone many times before I met him. Mr. Copeland maintained contact with me and kept me informed ...as to how the case was progressing. I met Mr. Copeland for the first time when he came to Michigan with the opposing lawyer to take depositions. Mr. Copeland sat down and explained what was going to take place at the deposition. The next time that I met with Mr. Copeland was in Denver in June of 2008 for a mediation hearing. Mr. Copeland led us through the hearing, answering our questions and explaining our options. I should mention that due to my former occupation as a Police Officer, and my wife.s former occupation as a court magistrate, wwe had both had many dealings with lawyers over the years.
