I hired Mr. Baty for a property issue and he was extremely effective. He was honest about his time and didn't overcharge me, actually giving me more time than I paid for. His practical approach and legal experience saved time and money in the end. Wonderful dog (Harley), and a decent paralegal (Katherine). Handled a divorce case for me. I realize attorneys handle a lot of cases - but he forgot names and specifics on several occasions. Almost missed important deadlines. My case dealt with a nasty attorney. He seemed to avoid - occasi...onally avoid the case and me. My opinion is that Ineffective case management ran the legal bill up to 4 times what it should have been. I do not feel like I was effectively represented. I also feel both attorneys took advantage of this case to take funds from our estate.
