unresponsive and in her own world
You'll just get the run around from her assistants. She will file extension after extension and dry up your retainer and get nothing done. Overcharged poor service

Provided great initial consult but assigned different lawyer that did not follow through.
Lisa Ward provided a great initial consult with many ideas stating that she was taking the case. The case was then assigned to a different lawyer who did not file one motion and drained the retainer with no actions. The effect was a poor settlement, higher support and limited visitation.
