Overcharged poor service
Almost identical to previous review I made it clear that I was retaining her services only and got the run around from all paralegals. Spent all retainer and then sum. Provided great initial consult but assigned different lawyer that did not follow through.
Lisa Ward provided a great initial consult with many ideas stating that she was taking the case. The case was then assigned to a different lawyer who did not file one motion and drained the retainer with no actions. The effect was a poor settlement, higher support and limited visitation.
