Ms. Kanski will not remember me but several years ago I was in a vulnerable divorce situation. I needed support from a quality and compassionate lawyer. Honestly, while trying to find a professional, adequate lawyer, I did not do my research...... my fault and I take full responsibility for my ignor...ance. With that said, Ms. Kanski fell through. Because Durango is such a small community I unfortunately (or fortunately) found out that Ms Kanski was going through personal issues during the time I hired her for her professional services. She was unable to provide the services I needed and she was negligent professionally. She should have transferred this situation to another competent lawyer. I was the one that lost. Again, I take full responsibility for not doing my research. Now, I want to warn anyone who is in need and may be in a vulnerable situation. Do your research, take a moment and find a lawyer that cares for you. Lawyers are expensive and professionalism is important.
