Donalea M. Warren

I appeared before Magistrate Donalea Warren on January 13th in a Small Claims action against Travis Lindner of Lindner Chevrolet for selling me a junk poorly repainted 2020 Cadillac Escalade ESV which I had shipped to my home in Green Bay, WI in July of 2025. I forced the dealer to take this "piece ...of junk" back after contacting the BBB and the Colorado Dept of Revenue (Auto Fraud Division). I then sued Lindner Chebrolet Inc, to recoup my shipping costs of $1950 having paid to have the car shipped to me and then back to the dealer. I had 42 pieces of evidence, emails, pictures, etc., of this fraudulent deal when going to Virtual Court substantiating my case and the fraud that was covered up. Travis Lindner had four pieces of evidence which were nothing more than some emails that went back and forth between us over a period of 22 days. There is no doubt in my mind that Magistrate Warren did NOT look at any of my evidence that I provided and ruled against my claim. She claimed anyone could make a bad purchase comparing it to buying a gallon of bad milk at Walmart. So buying a gallon of bad milk is the same as a fraudulent purchase on a 2020 Cadillac Escalade from an automobile dealer in her home state. Prejudice....."EVERYONE" that saw that car and knew about this deal said I had a "Rock Solid" case. I am guessing she is just another Democrat Judge who does NOT deal in Justice,,,,,and the Bad Guy wins again!!

Donalea Warren was professional, caring and confident. She was straight forward and compassionate. Her confidence gave me a security that my future was not destroyed and it would prove to be very rewarding. During one of the most difficult emotional and financial times, she knew my rights and fought ...for them. Although 25 years of marriage was destroyed, I was not. Thanks in very large part to Donalea, her knowledge and our mutual Christian faith. Now many years later, I call on her again with full confidence she will have this new matter handled quickly and to my benefit. Thanks Donalea.
