So she was my lawyer for about six months for my kids case. In that six months We never have a meeting outside from the court room. Also scheduled phone meeting which we have but for brief moment. It is so frustrating when the only person you can ask questions about your case thinks you guilty even t...hough DHS have no evidence of what they accuse me of. I ask my lawyer Alicia Duran please send copys of the court order and the reason DHS social worker just went to the schools and took my kids. Well so far I'm still waiting on the transcript because it was a verbal warrant and the court order. There's no proof of my kids been abuse, my kids were never in danger or been neglected but they just took my kids because they can?You see the day I told our case worker that she is not a good person and she should not work as a social worker.You not trying to keep a family together you trying to break them. I also told the social worker that my wife and kids are scare of me, my wife is scare of you of what you told her. And then three hours later they show up at the school flash there badge around with no paper work from the court and schools just hand my kids over. Of course my lawyer knows that because I told her and still nothing was done. The case started out its about trunacy and it did 360 turn and now the social worker saying that we might not fit to be a parent? So now I just go with the flow i dont expect no help but I'm willingly to sit down with a board member or ethics committee or someone that actually care about the truth. And if you looking for a Lawyer that can help you and your family, LOOK SOMEPLACE ELSE YOU WONT FIND IT HERE.

She is very hard to get ahold of and misses appointments. It is hard to schedule in person and doesn't seem like she is interested in your case. She does Pro Bono with cases how ever little to no explanation in legal terms and contracts leaves me uncertain. I would not hire her personally for any cas...e.

Alicia is not the attorney you want is you want to win. She is often bullied by other lawyers. She out if touch with reality. She has no idea how to protect her client ot their best interests. She allows other lawyers namely Jennifer Zammaripa, to belittle degrade and demean the family structure o...f her clients. She allowed parental alienation to be imposed by whatever agency takes our children and does nothing to fight. For 2 years I requested services, relocation and even termination at the end of my case. She did NONE of these things. She evergreen b tried to use her mother being in foster care as way to relate as she did nothing to protect my children. In the end I learned she had integrity when she applied for a case transfer Brevard I lied about my case yet she never asked me about ANYTHING that could have been misconstrued as a lie regarding any of our cases over the past 10 years (I have troubled children). Especially knowing case worker can and do write whatever is needed to secure, and facilitate our children's kidnapping, securing the bag. Even after i expressed how I couldn't do this anymore and yelled to kill myself she still wouldn't listen to me, her client. In spite of me begging her to get subpoenas, records, GAL change, she did non of those things and in the end blamed her failure on me, not her her lack of experience of self confidence. In the end she called ME the client a LIAR. She then refused to tell me what I lied about, and transfered my case to another lawyer. If you don't vermouth me as my Lawyer, no one does and you and the other liars won't tell me what i lie about. In spite of me begging too have my case closed a year and a half ago, she passed the buck on a ship she sunk as not to tarnish her record. I started with 7 children. Now I only have 3. Leaving me to deal a traumatic situation.
