DUI Defense

Jeremy was knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. He never sugar coated things with me and told me what he thought, straight up. He also made sure to look at the situation from all angles to give me the best chance at the outcomes I wanted. My biggest concern was being able to keep my com...mercial driver's license. Jeremy was able to help me maintain my innocence at every stage of the case and the DA specifically cited the motions we filed as the reason for making such a favorable offer. They went from a DUI (12 point offense) to careless driving (4 point offense) after the DA initially refused and we forced them to trial. I was able to keep my licenses and received unsupervised probation. He was cost-conscious, always gave me a detailed receipt of my costs upfront, and obtained a successful result without even having to travel down and be present at my hearing. I never had a hard time getting ahold of him and if for some reason he wasnt available at the time he was always quick to get back to me.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
