My journey to becoming a criminal defense attorney was forged in the crucible of the Colorado justice system, where I spent years as a prosecutor. I have seen firsthand how the state builds its cases, and I know where to find the weaknesses. My experience includes:

• Chief of a Domestic Violence Unit: I supervised a team of attorneys and oversaw the prosecution of the most complex and high-conflict domestic violence cases. This experience gives me a unique understanding of the dynamics of DV cases and how to defend against them effectively.

• Homicide Unit Prosecutor: I was selected to handle the most serious criminal cases, including murder, vehicular homicide, and other life-or-death matters. This experience has equipped me to handle any criminal charge, no matter how serious.

• Multi-Jurisdictional Experience: I have prosecuted cases in the 4th Judicial District (El Paso County), the 10th Judicial District (Pueblo County), and have extensive experience with the 18th Judicial District (Douglas and Arapahoe Counties). This means I am intimately familiar with the local legal landscape across the Front Range.

In 2018, I founded Right Law Group with a singular mission: to provide a client-centered, trauma-informed, and strategically aggressive defense for individuals facing criminal charges.
