Jonathan Kinnaird

i hired Jonathan for my divorce in 2018. I realized halfway through that he wasn't a strong lawyer and found out that he was helping out my ex-wife's attorney by allowing them extended deadlines on required financial disclosures--that they were not filing on time--that he never asked me about. I woul...dn't have agreed to that. He advised me to take a settlement to prevent my ex-wife from having to go to trial and have it exposed that she had committed perjury on her financial disclosures. Trust me when I say, he doesn't care about winning your case he only cares about billable hours and he will find ways to rack up plenty of those.
