Biography
Dave has been practicing law in the State of Colorado since 1997. A Colorado native, he grew up in Denver, Colorado and received his undergraduate degree from Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Dave attended Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington, and obtained his Juris Doctor in 1996. He worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Trinidad and Colorado Springs (where he gained most of his trial expertise and received awards from the District Attorney on three occasions for his trial work). In 2007, he left the District Attorney’s Office and joined forces with Ken and in 2008 they formed the Law Firm of Jaray & Webster, LLC. Since that time, Dave has continued doing some work as a criminal defense attorney, but has mainly focused upon Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation. He is also the current president of the El Paso County Bar Association.
