Excellent Bankruptcy Lawyer

I filled bankruptcy because I have to stay home to be my husband. Because I did not have enough money to file, he charge me the least amount that he can charge me. My attorney's not only compassionate but he's also very knowledgeable with all aspect of bankruptcy. My bankruptcy went smoothly that I o...nly saw the trustee once. By the way, Tina (his legal assistant) filled my chapter 13 in less than a day.

HORRIBLE

told me not to pay my 2nd mortgage and when it went into foreclosure "screamed at me" and said he never told me that! he is rude and arrogant and does not know the realestate side of a chapter 13 which he said he did when I hired him and then let my lender get a release of stay after following his d...irections. he then told me to get a Realestate attorney after charging me $4100.00 in my plan to pay him. He has made the entire process so stressful for us I can't even begin to explain. Just go somewhere else.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards

  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
