Mr. Gooch helped me out of a hard situation. I was being garnished and I needed to file my case fast in order to stop it. After I retained the office, I gathered all of the necessary paperwork and filled out my questionnaire as quickly as I could. Mr. Gooch's general policy is to have his clients ...come back for an appointment to return the paperwork and make sure all of the information is filled out on the questionnaire and then have clients come back another time to sign the completed paperwork. Because of my emergency situation with the garnishment, Mr. Gooch's staff and even Mr. Gooch himself, completed the paperwork while I waited and I signed it the same day that I brought it in. I had a case number before I walked out the door and I got my garnishment stopped. I truly felt that Mr. Gooch and his staff cared about me and wanted to help me. DeWanye is a complete joke of an attorney! He is unbelievably rude and makes you feel as if the issues are because you created them. He is only interested in collecting a paycheck and will not fight for you.
