Excellent lawyer and kind demeanor
Vince represented me in my divorce that was final 1.5 years ago. He and his staff were thorough, responsive, and also kind during what is such a stressful time. Since the divorce he has been helpful to answer questions as they have come up about custody issues. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Disapointed
Attorney knowledgeable, but not suited for family law. I found him to be highly intimidated by the presiding judge. The outcome was extremely disappointing.

Divorce Court
From the onset, I found Mr. Rahaman to show extreme intimidation by the judges. His being intimidated severely compromised my case and ultimately had catastrophic affects on my case. He was very passive during testimony as not to perturb the judge. It was a very upsetting outcome.
This client's case was a marriage of 24 years with a significant difference in income between the client and his wife. I have a duty of candor to a client. I advised this client that Colorado law requires in divorce cases that judges use/refer to formulas to divide pensions and calculate spousal support, which is exactly what the Court did at this client's hearing. In dividing the client/spouses's marital assets, the difference between what we asked the court to order versus what the court ordered was 2%. In awarding spousal support to the client's spouse, the client ended up with 57% of the parties combined income, while his spouse had 43%. While I understand that spousal support and pension divisions in divorce cases are sensitive topics for some individuals, the client's description of the case outcome should be more accurately described as the Court doing that which law required.
