After being pulled over for a DUI Steve and his staff treated me with uptmost respect and dignity. This was my first legal trouble ever, Steve immeditly had a plan, laid it out and followed through. Steve was able to get my case dismissed which was beyond anyones expectations. He was able to answer a...ny questions leaving me feeling confident about everything. Since I am on Active Duty Steve went above and beyond his contract and wrote a letter to my Chain of Command outlining all the mitigating circustances resulting in the dismissal. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone facing legal troubles.

I should start off by saying, I've never been in trouble before, but I made a horrible mistake and got in a car when I shouldn't have. I thought the DA's office would consider my past and I could take care of the problem myself. However, when I went to my first court date and sat down in a little off...ice, alone with a DA, I felt powerless and bullied, it became apparent that I needed someone on my side, at least to guide me through the case. I called about 6 attorney's, all of whom claim to specialize in DUI. 4 of them called me back, and I ended up meeting with 3 of them. One attorney wanted $9,000.00, which I thought was very high. I ended up meeting with Steve last, but after talking to the other 2 attorneys, Steve was a breath of fresh air. When I got to Steve's office, he was meeting with another client, but when they came out, I overhead Steve ask the gentleman how a recent family vacation went. I was struck by the fact that he knew details about this man's life like that, I got the impression that he wasn't trying to rush the guy out the door to get on with his next appointment, but rather, he was taking the time to learn about his clients life. When I sat down with him and explained my case, he walked me through the process, both what could happen to my license and what could happen at court. When I asked him what would happen to me, he made no guarantees, but told me different possible outcomes that could happen, this was in contrast to the 2 other attorneys I met with, both guaranteed me outcomes, but surprisingly the both promised different outcomes, but sounded to good to be true. Steve said he couldn't do that, he hadn't seen the police reports and would need to read those before telling me what the likely outcome was. I immediately could tell I could trust him, he wasn't going to make me promises that sounded to good to be true so I'd hire him, but told me the truth from the beginning. His price seemed very reasonable and after talking to me wife, I hired him. Throughout my case, I always knew what was happening. I could always log onto his computer system to see all of the documents filed, police reports, court dates and emails. My calls were always returned. The one phone call that he didn't return the same day, he was in trial on another case and had his paralegal Emily call me with the answer. Emily told me Steve was in trial and she had asked him my question, but told me he'd call me in the morning, to make sure my question was answered. Sure enough, first thing in the morning Steve called and apologized for taking so long to get back to me. It hasn't even been a day and he had already answered me. The entire experience was better than I thought it would be. The outcome was better than I expected and I was treated with respect throughout. Steve becomes your friend during the case, but what impressed me the most and caused me to write this was that my case ended in March. This past week I got an email from him checking in on me and making sure I didn't have any questions and everything I needed to do was getting done. Steve really exceeded my expectations, he goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend Steve, it's obvious to me that he's elite in his field, it's really the little things that make the difference. Thank you Steve.

I hired Steve to represent me on a DUI that was complicated by my prior mistakes. Needless to say, I was facing significant consequences and after meeting with the DA, I knew I needed help. I was referred to Steve and I'm so glad I was. My case was completely dismissed. He and Emily are so nice, they... always returned calls, and always kept me up to date. I was referred to Steve for my DUI by a friend who had been charged with a domestic violence case, which Steve handled. Everything she said about him was spot on. He worked hard on my case, got a result that exceeded my expectation, but more than that, he was always there to listen, and talk to, even... when I just wanted to vent about my situation. I said at one point, "this doesn't matter in my case, right?" and he responded by telling me that it didn't, but he wanted to find out about my career and school so that he was sure our goals alligned and there wasn't an issue he didn't know about, like what I want to do in the future. I paid a flat fee, so its not like he was trying to bilk me for fees, and it was reassuring to know he cared. I just don't think you find that kind of lawyer everyday. I feel like there's a reason clients refer cases to him, and I'm very glad I found him.

I was charged with a DUI while driving home from a study group, where I had a glass of wine. The cop said he smelled alcohol and wanted me to do an alcohol test. I was obviously upset, and the cop said I wasn't cooperating, so gave me a refusal. I met with 6 attorneys over two days. After meeting Ste...ve, I knew instantly that he was who I should hire.
