Managing Attorney Peter Blink is an Iowa native and Colorado enthusiast. As a zealous litigator, Peter has over 12 years practicing as an attorney with the District Attorney’s Office in Colorado, and County Attorney Offices in Iowa. Peter’s unique insight as a former prosecutor means he knows how to negotiate favorable plea deals and achieve success at trial. Peter has litigated criminal matters ranging from protection orders violations, domestic violence charges, sex assaults, DUI/DWAI, theft, trespassing, revocation of probation cases, narcotics, firearms offenses, to murder.

As an experienced negotiator, Peter prides himself on his ability to negotiate with District Attorneys to gain the best possible outcomes for his clients. Through zealous negotiations, motions hearings, and pretrial conferences, he supports his clients in obtaining the best possible position while resolving their cases. However, sometimes negotiations fail and as a veteran trial attorney, Peter isn’t afraid of defending his client’s rights in court.

Peter and his family fell in love with Colorado and moved here in 2022. When not spending time with his family, Peter enjoys spending time being outdoors, woodworking, and rooting for the Green Bay Packers.
