For starters, his assistant is exceptionally forgetful. I had to send her the same information repeatedly despite the fact the information is right there in the files. That actually applies to Mr. Finlayson as well. Exceptionally forgetful and asked questions to which he already had the answers in ...the files. My adult children were in need of estate assistance and I hired Mr. Finlayson for them. After the initial visit with Mr. Finlayson the kids felt as though he was only dragging things out just to get more money. I'd like to add that just because I was paying for his services for my kids' case doesn't mean he should have been talking to me about their case. They are adults. I recommend you go elsewhere.
