Marilyn was recommended to me through my malpractice insurance carrier when I had a frivolous case brought against me by a patient who started listening to and received bad advice from some disgruntled specialists in town. Her confidence in me was not over reaching but was based on the evidence she reviewed and factual data she received. At a very stressful time and situation I was placed in by a patient and their legal team I felt the confidence from all of Marilyn's team during the whole process and if I had to go through another legal issue I would want Marilyn by my side and leading the way in a heart beat!
